Israel’s Secret Plan to Kill Iran’s Supreme Leader Blocked by Trump – Report
In a shocking revelation that has stirred intense global attention, inside sources claim that Israel was actively preparing a secret mission to assassinate Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The bold plan, reportedly viewed by Israeli intelligence as a “strategic opportunity,” was ultimately halted by former U.S. President Donald Trump, who personally intervened to block the move.
According to the report, which has been confirmed by multiple high-level insiders, Israel believed they had a rare chance to eliminate the highest political and religious authority in Iran. However, when American officials were informed, Trump is said to have cautioned against such a risky action unless American lives had been lost.
"Have the Iranians killed an American yet? No. Then we’re not even talking about going after political leadership,” Trump was quoted as saying during a confidential briefing.
The revelation was further supported by veteran Middle East journalist Barak Ravid, who also confirmed through diplomatic sources that Trump had directly stopped the plan, fearing the move could trigger an uncontrollable regional war.
Tensions between Israel and Iran have continued to escalate, especially after Iran launched multiple missile strikes into Israeli territory last weekend, injuring at least seven civilians. Among the wounded was a 72-year-old woman whose apartment complex in Haifa was hit by falling debris.
These attacks followed an Israeli long-range airstrike that reportedly targeted a military refueling aircraft at Mashhad Airport, located nearly 1,400 miles inside Iranian territory — one of the furthest known air missions carried out by Israel in recent years.
When asked about the alleged assassination plot during an interview on U.S. television, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refused to confirm or deny it. He instead dismissed the claims as "rumors" and added, “We do what we need to do. And I believe the United States understands what’s best for itself.”
Meanwhile, the situation on the ground in both nations is worsening. Iran has accused Israel of orchestrating a series of deadly car bombings near key government buildings in Tehran, prompting waves of retaliation. Israel’s air force has responded with an intensive campaign targeting dozens of Iranian military installations and supply lines.
Despite the sophisticated Israeli missile defense systems, several Iranian projectiles have struck populated areas in northern and southern Israel. Fires, injuries, and structural damage have been reported in cities including Haifa and Beersheba.
In Iran, the death toll from Israeli strikes is rising. Human rights groups estimate over 400 civilians have been killed and hundreds more injured. Many residents have begun fleeing Tehran in fear of further attacks, leading to massive traffic jams on all major roads leaving the capital.
The Israel Defense Forces have issued public warnings asking Iranian civilians to evacuate areas near military zones. Iranian state TV, meanwhile, has aired footage of collapsed buildings and overwhelmed hospitals, further fueling national outrage.
Even as the violence spirals, Trump took to social media to claim that a peaceful resolution was still possible. In a lengthy post, he wrote: “Iran and Israel will eventually make a deal — just like I got India and Pakistan to talk. It’s all about trade, influence, and timing. We will see peace in the Middle East.”
He added, “I make a lot happen, and I don’t get credit for it. But that’s OK. The people know. We will MAKE THE MIDDLE EAST GREAT AGAIN!”
Though many analysts see this as overly optimistic, there’s no doubt that the region is at a tipping point. One wrong move could spark a broader war that pulls in more global powers — a scenario both the U.S. and the rest of the international community are desperately trying to avoid.
